Since 2025, Yongrong Technology has steadily advanced the implementation of several key projects, including the technical upgrade of adipodiamine and Phase I cyclohexanone, LNG natural gas supply, and waste liquid treatment. With a large volume of project materials arriving simultaneously, the warehouse capacity has come under unprecedented pressure. You Xinxin boldly introduced a warehouse capacity management model based on “consolidation, reallocation, and sharing.” By consolidating scattered materials, adjusting the layout of storage locations, and sharing common supplies, she skillfully squeezed out valuable inventory space within the limited physical area, demonstrating exceptional resource integration capabilities. As a result, all project materials were successfully received and properly stored, securing precious time for Yongrong Technology to smoothly advance its key construction projects.

The inventory turnover rate is steadily improving. The timely supply and efficient turnover of project materials are directly linked to the project’s schedule. You Xinxin proactively broadened his thinking, stepping beyond the confines of traditional warehousing practices and actively taking on the role of a “coordination hub.” He worked closely with the Procurement Department, Engineering Department, and construction contractors to hold regular meetings for the coordinated management of incoming project materials, clearly defining delivery schedules, accelerating the on-site material pickup and verification processes, significantly reducing the time materials spend idle in storage, and effectively preventing site congestion and excessive warehousing pressure caused by the concentrated arrival of materials. This series of strategic measures has enabled the Warehouse and Logistics Department to shift from a “passive receiving” approach to a “proactive scheduling” model, reducing the average inventory turnover days for incoming project materials from 30.8 days to 20.5 days—a decrease of up to 33.4% per batch. As a result, the smooth and uninterrupted flow of supplies essential to key projects is now firmly ensured.

The Likud operation is bearing fruit. Since the beginning of this year, You Xinxin has earnestly put into practice the “Performance Director 10” philosophy and spearheaded the launch of a special “Inventory Optimization” campaign. This initiative involves a thorough inventory count, appraisal, and reallocation of long-term accumulated stock materials. By establishing a multi-department collaborative management mechanism, facilitating cross-project transfers, repairing and reusing items, and negotiating returns, we have significantly optimized the inventory structure and reduced capital tied up in stock. As a result, we’ve successfully revitalized assets that had been idle for over a year, with a total value exceeding 3.8 million yuan, bringing “dormant” assets back to life.
