On November 1, 2025, Xu Kunlin, Secretary of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee, and Wang Xinwei, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor, met with Wu Huaxin, Chairman of Yongrong Holding Group, and other outstanding Tsinghua University alumni who had come to Liaoning to participate in a thematic study event, in Dalian. Liaoning is deeply engaged in studying and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee as well as General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches and instructions on Liaoning. We are firmly committed to the overarching theme of promoting high-quality development, seizing every moment, taking concrete actions, ensuring a successful conclusion to the 14th Five-Year Plan, and scientifically planning for the 15th Five-Year Plan.
