Eversun Holdins Group is a large industrial conglomerate specializing in green energy chemical new materials, integrating supply chain services, and leveraging modern Industry 4.0 and industrial internet technologies for green and sustainable development. The Group operates business segments including Nylon Division (Eversun Co., Ltd.), Aromatics & Olefins Division, New Materials Division, New Energy Materials Division, Yongshan Lithium Industry (603399.SH), Port Services Division, Energy Chemical Sales Division, and Investment Management Division.
As a vertically integrated green energy chemical and new materials producer, Eversun Holdins has established a comprehensive industrial chain spanning “benzene → caprolactam → nylon chips → nylon fiber → new materials.” It has ranked first in China's nylon filament production for six consecutive years, with exports reaching over 58 countries and regions worldwide, accounting for more than 36% of China's total nylon exports. Actively responding to China's 2030 carbon peak and 2060 carbon neutrality goals, Eversun Holdins established the industry's first renewable energy pilot project. It enhances energy production through photovoltaic power generation and has achieved global leadership in green intelligent manufacturing technology spanning the entire industrial chain—from waste fibers to recycled chips to regenerated fibers. The company actively advances new energy and new materials industries, investing in the construction of an integrated green energy chemical new materials industrial park in Nanchong, Sichuan, for central and western China, while planning and promoting battery new materials projects.
In recent years, Eversun Holdins transformed its single caprolactam production model into a parallel “caprolactam + hexamethylenediamine” development approach, forming a large-scale new materials industrial cluster driven by nylon 6 and nylon 66. This breakthrough has broken foreign monopolies and resolved critical bottleneck challenges.
In November 2024, the Group became the controlling shareholder of Yongshan Lithium Industry, marking a significant step into the new energy sector and a major milestone in the Group's capital market expansion.
