Luo Dongchuan, representing the provincial Party committee and provincial government, extended a warm welcome to Wu Zhiming and his delegation. He said that Qinghai is currently steadfastly moving forward in the direction indicated by General Secretary Xi Jinping, actively integrating into and serving the new development paradigm, and focusing on building itself into a highland of ecological civilization and developing the “four bases” for industry. As a result, Qinghai’s practice of Chinese-style modernization has taken new, solid steps forward. Fujian and Qinghai enjoy strong complementarity in terms of resource endowments and industrial structures, offering broad prospects for cooperation between the two regions. We hope that entrepreneurs from both sides will fully leverage their advantages in technology, capital, talent, and markets, actively participating in Qinghai’s development in fields such as big data, green electricity and energy storage, salt lake resource development, green computing power, and artificial intelligence. Together, we can strive to achieve mutual empowerment and win-win cooperation. Qinghai will continue to create a first-class business environment that is market-oriented, rule-of-law-based, and internationally competitive, providing robust safeguards for enterprises to compete fairly and thrive healthily.

Wu Zhiming and representatives of business leaders introduced the Fujian Provincial Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy’s connections with the business community and the development status of their respective enterprises. They fully affirmed Qinghai’s unique advantages in ecology, clean energy, and green computing power, as well as its remarkable development achievements, and expressed their willingness to explore investment cooperation opportunities. They stated that they look forward to using this meeting as a starting point to establish a regular communication mechanism, promote mutual visits and exchanges of learning between the local organizations of the China Association for Promoting Democracy and the business community, continuously deepen cooperation and exchanges, and foster closer collaboration between “Clean and Fresh Fujian” and “Beautiful Qinghai,” jointly contributing to the cause of Chinese-style modernization.

Wu Huaxin stated that Qinghai Province’s development plans and industrial policies in areas such as new energy, green chemical industry, and ecological conservation are highly aligned with Yongrong Holding Group’s strategies of low-carbon transformation, new materials R&D, and industrial chain synergy, leaving ample room for cooperation between the two sides. To ensure the security and stability of the industrial chain, Yongrong is committed to building a globalized supply system for new-energy mineral resources. Currently, Yongrong has established a comprehensive strategic presence in regions including Africa, South America, and Central Asia. Leveraging Qinghai Province’s unique resource endowments and its industrial development plans, Yongrong will continue to deepen exchanges and cooperation with Qinghai Province in the exploration and utilization of critical minerals for new energy. Together, we will stride forward hand in hand, jointly building a sustainable future in this new era of green energy!
