Jinsheng Yarn – Pre-consumer Recycled Fiber
The fiber is produced by physically combining Deyi nylon 6 with spinning techniques. Drawing on traditional fiber raw materials and repurposing waste resources, this new fiber closely resembles virgin fibers in both performance and quality, achieving a seamless integration of green practices, circularity, and high resource utilization. This approach aligns with the global future trend toward “carbon neutrality” and environmental sustainability.
Jinkang Yarn – Jade Skin Fiber
Using high-tech methods, nano-sized natural composite materials are incorporated into the nylon 6 fibers during the spinning process, giving the fabric a naturally friendly affinity with the skin and ensuring a cool, comfortable wearing experience. At the same time, the fabric boasts multiple integrated features, including antibacterial and antifungal properties, moisturizing and skin-care benefits, as well as the ability to emit far-infrared rays and negative ions.
Polyamide fibers are modified by compounding them with various nano-sized inorganic powders, endowing them with multiple functions such as antibacterial properties, far-infrared emission, UV protection, and moisture management and breathability. During high-temperature melting, the inorganic powders do not agglomerate but are uniformly dispersed throughout the yarn, ensuring stable production conditions and consistent product performance.
Jinkang Yarn – Skin-friendly Fiber
After nano-sizing marine animals and compounding them with other nanomaterials, the resulting composite is melt-spun into fibers by precise metering and trace-addition techniques, then blended with nylon 6 chips. The resulting fabric exhibits excellent biocompatibility with human skin, strong moisture-retention capabilities, and exceptional wearing comfort. It boasts characteristics such as the luster of silk, the softness and smoothness of cashmere, and the moisture-absorbing and breathable qualities of linen fibers.
Graphene Fiber Product Type A (Slice Method)
This product is made by using modified functionalized graphene and caprolactam as raw materials, which are polymerized in situ to form graphene slices. These slices are then melt-spun into fibers. Leveraging the unique properties of graphene, the resulting product exhibits multiple functions, including antibacterial properties, far-infrared emission, negative ion emission, cooling sensation, high abrasion resistance, and antistatic performance. This product has a natural grayish luster.
Graphene Fiber Product Type B (Masterbatch Method)
First, high-purity graphene oxide is blended with nylon 6 powder using a twin-screw extruder to prepare a graphene-modified nylon 6 masterbatch. This masterbatch is then combined with nylon 6 chips and subjected to melt spinning to produce the final fiber. By utilizing the inherent properties of graphene, this product endows nylon 6 with a range of composite functionalities, such as antibacterial activity, far-infrared emission, odor elimination (with an odor removal rate of 99.6% for volatile organic compounds and a deodorization rate of 60.8%), and anti-microbial performance. Moreover, this product can be dyed in various colors.
Jinyi Yarn – Negative Ion Fiber
Negative-ion-functional powders are used to modify polyamide fibers, resulting in negative-ion fibers that exhibit strong negative-ion emission capabilities. These fibers can effectively neutralize free radicals in the body and improve microcirculation in human blood, thereby achieving effects such as free-radical scavenging and antioxidant activity.
Jinkang Yarn – Lightweight Thermal Fiber
Lightweight thermal fibers are a type of special-shaped fiber characterized by a tubular hollow cavity along their cross-section. The cavity ratio can reach 15% to 20%. While reducing weight, these fibers contain abundant still air within their structure, providing excellent warmth and lightweight properties. Fabrics woven from lightweight thermal fibers have a fuller, smoother, and silkier hand feel, and they also allow moisture to pass through more easily, keeping the wearer dry and comfortable. This makes them ideal for use in outdoor warm-weather apparel and home furnishings.
Jinkang Yarn – Heating Series Fibers
The powder, which features far-infrared heating and warmth-retention properties, is nanomized through a special processing technique. It is then blended with nylon 6 chips in a specific ratio and melted to form a spinning solution. After cooling and solidification, it is spun into fibers, yielding a heating and warmth-retaining fiber series that is 100% natural inorganic, safe, and skin-friendly. This fiber boasts strong functionality that does not diminish even after repeated washing.
