Jinyi Yarn – Cotton-like Fiber
The fabric samples, woven from various styles of cotton-like fibers, feature a uniquely diverse and ever-changing surface texture, making them suitable for a wide range of downstream applications. They combine the smooth, fine, and silky hand feel of nylon 6 drawn filaments with the soft, lustrous sheen characteristic of nylon 6 elastic yarns. While retaining the distinctive qualities of synthetic nylon 6 fibers, these fabrics achieve a soft, cotton-like feel, perfectly embodying the harmony between technology and natural essence.
By varying the fiber cross-section and specifications, a variety of yarn-texture effects can be created. The fibers stand naturally upright, giving the fabric a unique style, excellent luster, and a soft hand feel. The fabric surface is full and rich, yet it doesn't shed lint easily.
Due to their low amine content, cationic fibers have weak binding affinity with acidic dye molecules. When used in combination with conventional nylon or natural-white functional nylon, fabrics can achieve two-color dyeing in a single bath as well as additional functional effects.
Jinyi Yarn – Ultra-fine DPF Fiber
The single-filament DPF has a fineness ranging from 0.22 to 0.8, offering characteristics such as a smooth hand feel, soft luster, and excellent drape. Due to the small linear density and numerous voids in the individual fibers, the fabric features a microporous structure, resulting in ultra-high fabric density, lightweight properties, and outstanding water-repellent and moisture-permeable performance. At the same time, it exhibits excellent sweat-wicking and moisture-transferring capabilities. Moreover, thanks to the dense network of voids between fibers, the fabric also boasts superior cleaning and stain-removal properties.
Jinyi Yarn – Ultra-coarse denier fiber
The total fiber fineness exceeds 250D, featuring high tensile strength, strong flexural rigidity, and a fabric with a crisp, structured feel.
Jinyi Yarn – High-Strength Fiber
High-strength nylon 6 fiber refers to nylon 6 fiber with a tensile strength of 7.1 g/d. This fiber is produced by melt-extruding high-viscosity chips, followed by spinning and cooling, dual-stage oiling and bundling, and multi-stage high-draw stretching combined with stepwise heat-setting at elevated temperatures, thereby achieving highly oriented and highly crystalline nylon 6 fiber. Customized products can be developed in alignment with the personalized needs of downstream customers.
Jinsheng Yarn – Fiber Dyed with Original Solution
The original solution-dyed nylon 6 fibers are produced in a one-step process using colored masterbatches. From raw materials to finished products entering the market, this entire process completely bypasses any dyeing stage, making it truly dye-free textile production—a green manufacturing approach that is low-carbon and environmentally friendly. This represents an inevitable trend in the future development of the colored spinning industry and also aligns with the key technological material enhancement and industrialization projects under the national key R&D program.
Jinsheng Yarn – Bio-based Nylon Fiber
Made from natural plant materials such as corn, straw, and castor oil, this product reduces reliance on petroleum resources while also cutting greenhouse gas emissions, contributing to a sustainable ecosystem. Currently, our bio-based nylon family includes PA56 and PA510.
